CENTER OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

The center of information technologies (TsIT) is structural division of the Turar Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University.
Main objective of activity - introduction of new information technologies in educational, scientific and administrative activity of University.
In the activity of KazEU TsIT is guided by the law of Kazakhstan Republic «About education», the Draft of the concept of information of formation of RK of the republican scientific and methodical center of new technologies in education, resolutions of the Cabinet of RK, regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science of RK, the university Charter, resolutions of Council of university, orders of the rector, and also the present Situation. Control and coordination of activity of TsIT are carried out by the vice rector on financial and to social and economic problems of KAZEU of T.Ryskulov.
The main objective of TsIT of KAZEU is introduction of new information technologies in the University main activities - educational process, educational and scientific researches, management of various levels and the directions; automation of all educational and educational process on the basis of the Electronic and educational KAZEU-ELEX environment, and also University equipment by the newest means of information and telecommunication.

The center of information technologies consists of 3 departments:

• Administration of information technologies
• Maintenance department
• Industrial practice department
Main functions of the Center of information technologies:
• Integration of KAZEU into world information space for ensuring educational and scientific processes.
• Acquisition, creation and introduction of the unified software for development of new information technologies at the higher school.
• Development and development of network information technologies, rendering of information services, implementation of coordination of regional programs of information and their support.
• Creation and support of databases and knowledge.
• Creation and support of servers of the educational telecommunication network and mini automatic telephone exchange.
• Carrying out WEB CONFERENCES.
• Participation in preparation and retraining of personnel in the field of new information technologies.
• Modernization and, if necessary, complete replacement morally and physically out-of-date computer and other office equipment.
• Improvement of system of administration, control of knowledge and attendance of students by introduction modern program and computerization means.
• Carrying out market research and the analysis in the field of new information technologies.
