Career Development Center
The level and quality of the educational institution in the contemporary socio-economic conditions is determined, above all, demand for graduates in the labor market, their competitive and successful in building a professional career. To address these challenges at the university was founded in 2005 Career Development Center.
The main objectives of Career Center:
- Help students and graduates of the University in the career development and placement;
- Students assistance in training and externship conducting;
- Coordination of activity of structural divisions of the University of Direct Employment of graduates;
- The integration of education with the business environment in order to actively use the potential of science in the workplace;
- Definition of evidence-based demand for specialists in dealing with their education and future employment opportunities;
- Development of the organization and distribution of employment of graduates T. Ryskulov KazEU;
- Prediction of demand in the labor market on the results of labor market analysis, determine the ratio of demand and supply of specialists in regional and professionally - the qualifying section;
- The creation of the Alumni Association T. Ryskulov KazEU and ensuring its effective operation.
Office functions:
To achieve the goals of the Center functions as follows:
- Organizes the work of domestic and foreign companies to expand employment opportunities, internships and practice for students and graduates;
- Enter into a contract (memorandum) to cooperate on mutually beneficial terms with various organizations and enterprises;
- Establishes a connection with the ministries and departments, State agencies and institutions with a view to identifying the need for specialists of this profile;
- Creates computer database for graduates and potential employers and systematization of data in it;
- Create a database of jobs on the basis of requests Ministries, agencies, national companies, financial and business structures in specific occupations needed for the industry or region;
- Preparation and conduct of the Job Fair of free vacancies;
- Organizing and conducting trainings and courses for young professionals and students on interpersonal relationships problems, personal growth and self-determination, methods of adapt and fixing in the workplace, technology improvement in the job search in market conditions, resume writing and interviewing the passage;
- Organizes the process of distribution of graduates;
- holding monitoring by the degree satisfaction with the level of employers of knowledge of graduates;
- Union of graduates who have achieved significant success in the economy, politics, science, and other socially significant areas on the basis of common interests;
- Organization of class reunions with students for stimulates their desires in the process of acquiring knowledge in the walls of the university.
