In March 2013 based on the results of the evaluation visit of an external expert commission of an international accreditation agency the European Council for Business Education (ECBE,www.ecbe.eu) that took place in October 2012, the Accreditation Council of the ECBE has taken a decision to award full program (specialized) accreditation for the period of three years until May 31st 2016 to four educational degree programs of KazEU – bachelor of Finance, bachelor of Economics, master (2 year program) of Finance and master (2 year program) of Economics. In 2012 Kazakh Economic University named after Turar Ryskulov has become a member of 2 new consortia: Euro-Asian CEA (The Coordinator of the consortium is the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia) http://www.ef.uni-lj.si/euroasiancea and CANEM(The Coordinator of the consortium is the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain) http://www.canem.ulpgc.es
Duration of the projects: 48 months from July 2012 until July 2016.
